Hi there

I'm not sure where this land is - can you send me the area on a map or OS co-ordinates please?

We are all for environmentally friendly options and in favour of alternative sources of energy. Our only concern with this type of development is when agricultural land becomes industrial land for solar development then changes use to something else! Do you know if this can happen with solar farms?

I take it that this development alongside the other 30 acres at Broadclyst and the 22,000 square feet at Crealy. Will supply the whole area with free electric.
Dream on... I suggest that contact with the consortium of venture capitalists and hedge funds that are behind these developments, looking to make a quick buck from the feed in tarrif, will prove that this and the numerous other applications across the country have nothing to do with the environment and everything to do with quick profits.

Once they have creamed off their profits and used up the government fund, none of us who want to use solar on our roofs and gardens will be able to afford it.

Chris Huhne has said that for every Solar Power Station (Its not a 'farm') will result in approximately 1500 local houses, schools and local businesses who correctly, in my view, support re-newable energy, will not be able to receive anything from the fund.

Green technology and the advantages that it offers us all, is an asset that should be available to all. Not just to be used as a vehicle to support more profits for big business.
