This groups aims to be an umbrella organisation or a hub to assist all the many environmental groups already existing or trying to set up. The website is <a href="http://blackdownhillstransition.org">http://blackdownhillstransition.org</a> and says it <em>&#8220;exists as a hub to support and encourage community action that reduces carbon reliance, and plans for energy descent in the Blackdown Hills in East Devon.&#8221;</em></p>
